Ally Dawkins is a founding Director of 360. She has over 20 years' experience in both the UK and US publishing and media markets. Alison has worked for start-ups, small businesses and major corporations, predominantly in sales, account management, business development and senior management roles. She is a Political Science and Psychology graduate with a Masters in Learning and Development.
Ally specialises in the areas of People Management and Personal Impact. She is committed to giving delegates the opportunity to test out new skills and techniques in a stretching yet supportive environment.
Sandra Bull has more than 25 years’ experience as a professional communicator with a senior executive grounding gained at some household name retailers. She founded her career as a news journalist before switching to corporate communications, leading teams at Arcadia Group and Mothercare. She continues to evolve her experience in the communications arena, bringing valuable insights gained via consultancy projects into her sessions for 360.
Sandra focuses in the main on communications-led sessions, helping delegates to get their message across with clarity and impact while adapting their style to suit both audience and purpose.
Lara Roche is a Talent Consultant specialising in learning and development, coaching and mediation. She is passionate about enabling success through learning, from an individual to an organisation level. Lara’s bespoke and transformational people practices have seen the organisations she has worked with gain accolades including Best Talent Strategy-HR Excellence Awards, Britain’s Top Employers and Best Companies listings and Investors In People Gold and Champion status.
Lara is a first-class Psychology graduate with a Masters in Human Resource Management and Development. She is also an accredited Executive and Life Coach, Workplace Mediator and Facilitator.
Liz has over 10 years of HR/L&D experience from roles across the retail, advertising and PR sectors. In 2010 she moved into training full time with a particular interest in the attraction and retention of young talent and the development of high performing cross-generational teams.
Liz’s current areas of research/interest are generational theory (focusing on Gen Y/Z), communication & presentation and team working. Her favourite sessions are high energy bite-sized workshops where she is able to challenge delegates to focus on, and achieve their objectives – acquiring new skills to take back into their working lives.
Tracey Rotsey BA PG Dip is an accomplished learning and development practitioner, trainer and coach with over 13 years commercial experience in both the private and public sector, and more recently within retail and the charity sector. Tracey specialises in the design, development and delivery of leadership and management programmes predominantly for new, middle and senior managers and draws upon her knowledge, experience and accomplishments within this area to support managers to continuously develop and perform at their optimum. Tracey is known for her personal gravitas, commitment and passion for learning to support changing the way people think, behave and act and really understands the commercial benefits of investing in learning to support continuous improvement and performance.
Tracey is a qualified coach from The Coaching Academy, an Associate CIPD member and CIPD qualified trainer. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Advice and Guidance, and a BA (Hons) in Business and Quality Management.
Brian Neil has over twenty-five years experience in the media industry. In the late 1980’s he worked for two major advertising agencies before securing an allegiance to the world of publishing and media sales in 1991. Following his final commercial role as Publisher at Emap, he joined Centaur Media plc in 2000 as Head of Learning and Development. In 2006, his book ‘Selling Advertising Space in 90 Minutes’ was published. He remained at Centaur until setting up his own business in 2015.
Brian is a professional trainer, a qualified Thomas International PPA Assessor, a member of the British Psychological Society and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He regularly writes and delivers sales, management and leadership training for a wide range of industries including media, insurance, post production and digital. In 2016 he was a key-note speaker at the AEO Conference and in the same year, he began working with one of the largest global Events producers to write and deliver the Salesforce launch.
Gemma is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, with a diverse career history that has spanned in-house and consultancy roles. She specialises in providing learning, organisational development and talent management solutions and has worked with clients across private, public and not-for profit sectors.
She is an experienced trainer and coach. She has designed and delivered leadership development programmes for clients that have incorporated workshops, coaching and action learning and she has created and facilitated a wide range of personal and management development workshops for clients.
She has also led large and small projects that have spanned the talent cycle, from redesigning selection, performance and talent management processes, to creating and delivering assessment solutions.
As well as being a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Gemma holds a postgraduate diploma in training and development, is trained to BPS standards in the use of psychometric assessments and is a qualified coach. She is also registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Health Professions Council (HPC) and a member of the Special Group of Coaching Psychology.
Jane has over 20 years' experience working in marketing and communications, both in-house and in agency account management roles. Jane has worked with major international businesses as well as independents and start-ups.
Jane specialises in the area of communications. With a degree in design, she is a natural creative thinker with her eye firmly on the business outcomes. Jane’s focus is on giving delegates the insights and skills to create effective communication strategies and plans to ensure successful business outcomes.
As an independent consultant and expert trainer Craig works closely with a wide variety of organisations on projects including: content consultancy; business strategy and planning, sales and marketing management. Recent clients include: Royal Mail; Allianz; Home Retail Group; Camelot; Mott Macdonald, Virgin Media; Invensys; BP; and Hearst Media. With a career spanning senior management in media, marketing services, training and management consultancy, most recently as Head of Commercial Content for ContentETC, Craig has gained a unique and wide-ranging insight into successful business performance, strategy and communications.
Craig has built a strong reputation for generating rapid, effective results in the training room. His IDEA model is now a widely-adopted template for professional copywriters, and his expert advice, support and guidance is relied upon by organisations of all sizes in the private and public sector.
