  • How do I organise an in-house training course or programme?

All you need to do is to contact us with an idea of what training you are looking for. If possible, we would prefer to have a meeting to discuss the brief in-depth, we would then source the appropriate trainers and discuss convenient dates for both the delegates and the trainer.

  • Can I meet the trainer before booking a course?

At 360 Training we feel that the most effective training only happens when the trainer has met with the person organising the training in order to obtain a more detailed brief.

  • Will the trainer speak to the delegates before the course?

We suggest that the trainer does speak to the delegates before running any courses. We also ask that every delegate attending a course fills out a profile form outlining their current skill level and objectives.

  • Will there be any preparation before the training course?

This will depend on the nature of the course, but the delegates will be told in good time.

  • Do you give any feedback after a course?

It is essential that feedback is given at the end of every course. If possible the trainer will speak to the delegates' managers after the course and if they are not available then feedback can be given over the telephone.

  • Do you have any training rooms to hire?

We do not have any training rooms to hire, but we can source one. The room would be an extra cost on top of the daily rate.

  • What is the average length of a training course?

The majority of the courses listed are one or two-days in length depending on the level and depth of the subject matter.

  • Are any of 360's courses less than one day?

The Bite-Size sessions can be run over a morning, lunchtime or evening and last between 2-3 hours long. We also run Personal Development Modules (PDM's) and Coaching sessions which last between 2-3 hours.

  • What are the timings of an average day's training?

We are very flexible with timings of courses at 360, but on average the courses start at 10am and finish at 5pm, with one hour for lunch between 1-2pm. All of our trainers will allow time for further discussions after the training course.

  • Can I change the trainer(s) mid-programme?

We are proud to say this has never happened, but if you find that you require a trainer with a different background, this can be arranged mid-programme. Although meeting with the trainer/s before the training should avoid this.

  • Do you train outside of London?

We train anywhere! If training is outside of London, there would be the added cost of the trainer getting to the venue and back, accommodation if necessary and any reasonable expenses.

  • Do you train outside of the UK?

Again we train anywhere and a great deal of our training takes place in the U.S. and Europe. If training is outside of the UK, there would be the added cost of the trainer's flights, accommodation and any reasonable expenses.

  • What are you cancellation terms and conditions?

Any cancellation must be received in writing or by email. All cancellation costs are based on the course fee.
More than 8 weeks prior to the course - no charge.
Between 4 and 8 weeks prior to the course - 50% charge.
Less than 4 weeks prior to the course - 100% charge.

  • What is your preferred method of payment?

We prefer payment by Direct Bank Transfer (BACS) within 10 working days after the training course, but accept cheques made payable to 360 Training Ltd within 5 working days.

  • Do you require payment before a course?

If it is a large programme, we would prefer to receive at least 20% of the total costs before the start of the programme.

  • Do I have to pay VAT?

VAT is applicable to the cost of the training when delivered in the UK. We will advise you on whether it is applicable on training outside the UK.
