Duration

1 day's training per team.

The Brief

Teletext required a Media Law Refresher course for their Journalists, Editors and Sub-editors to act as a refresher and to address any issues that had arisen since the last training session.

The Programme

360 ran two one-day courses covering Media Law. All delegates attending the course were asked to fill out profile forms before the course, in order for the trainer to pitch the course at the right level.

The Result

Everyone who went on the course learned something and we have seen a marked improvement in the care taken by writers and subs with their copy. Different sections also went away with recommendations for good housekeeping which they have put into practice. Feedback from the course was universally good Anthony Warlow, Chief Sub Editor, Teletext Ltd.
